Inspired by a creative prompt set by Our Planet Week (a drawing challenge created to help inspire and educate around Earth Day) 'The Secret Rainforest' celebrates these rare and incredible microclimates that sustain some of the most diverse and threatened flora and fauna found in the United Kingdom. Although heavily inspired by Wistman’s Wood in Dartmoor, my illustration celebrates all types of temperate rainforest found throughout the country and the unique animals that call them home.
